About

I have solid skills and expertise in multivariate statistics, machine learning, static and dynamic data-driven network models, and especially in Gaussian graphical models. My main research interests are high-dimensional data-driven networks and their applications in gene co-expression analysis.

In addition to the topics of my current job, my research focuses on testing the statistical independence between random variables. Specifically, I am examining novel ways to apply simulation algorithms in statistical hypothesis testing.
